We require the following full time staff to join our vibrant and energetic team:

FAMILY SUPPORT SUPERVISOR

To be responsible for managing our Family Support Services
12 month fixed term contract of 37 hours per week with the opportunity of extension subject to continued funding

Salary: £21,519 - £25,472 per annum
JNC point 25-30

 Do you have a relevant qualification and significant experience of working with vulnerable families with a thorough knowledge of Safeguarding and a commitment to Every Child Matters?  Are you able to relate and to communicate effectively with children/young people and parents to establish trust and constructive working relationships?  Do you have experience of supervising staff and the ability to travel between destinations?  Are you able to maintain good quality case records and reports and work together with a range of professionals? 

If so you could be just the person we are looking for.
